1. No flaming! Flaming is harassing someone, calling them names, putting them down, etc. This goes for RPGing in character and out of character will NOT be tolerated!
2. Put as much detail as possible into a post, no one liner allowed.
3. Don't double post.
4. Please be active at least weekly. If your going to be absent, please tell one of the Admins before leaving.
5. Don't god play your character! You have to lose once in a while, your character can be strong or weak or whatever, you just can't be invincible. You are not allowed to kill or dismember another members character unless they openly give you permission.
6. No Extensive Cussing, Cursing etc,etc. We will edit your post if it goes to far.
7. Please show some respect the other members here at our forum. We are not here to start a war, but enjoy some friendly RPG.
8. Do not -Repeat- Do not ask to be a staff member,that is chosen on base of trust and skill.
9. Obey all moderators and Admins. We are all your friends, there is no need to fight with us.
10. Spelling and grammar is a must...Try to make it so we understand it. Do as best as you can, no one is perfect.
11. Have Fun and enjoy your stay. We are here to help you.
12. If your character uses a power other than what they have listed, or suddenly, miraculously defeats all their fears and weaknesses, you run the risk of that character being taken away from you
13. Your character and profile must be approved by one of the Admins before you begin posting.
14. You are allowed as many accounts as you can handle,but they must stay active. If I find you haven't posted I will delete you without any question.
15. Age Restriction
You may not join this forum if you are under age 13. This is not the only forum that follows this rule. This is due to the international COPPA laws.
16. Please mark any thread containing any sexual content NC-17 ,or simply mark the thread private with the option of a pass word given by an admin.
17. Maximum avatar size is 140x140 no larger then that the smallest is 100x100 no higher then 135x134, if an avatar is bigger then given width/height you will be asked to fix it. Signatures may be no bigger then 550x200 the smallest accepted is 500x150, all signatures must be centered or a staff member will center them for you.
18. No Mary-Sues or Gary-Stews Nobody's perfect, this caused alot of hassles before so I'm not going to tolerate it again. If I see a character with no flaws or weakness's that person will be given a warning, if said warning is ignored drastic measures will be taken.
19. Do Not I repeat do not advertise forums via Private message it is distracting, takes away JLA's members. So if you Join actually rp just don't join to advertise another forum that's what the advertising section is for use it!
20. All characters must be original unless Canon which means for a canon character you may take information from either DC Wiki or Marvel but copying someone elses profile word for word is forbidden, will result in drastic measures.
21. When it comes to replying to threads please try to type in third person 1st person is OK but for those that are used to 3rd person role playing it's a little confusing, it'd be nice if you posted in 3rd person even if 1st person is easier to read. I'd appreciate it really I would so please try that's all I ask of you is to give it a try.
